Pros
Lots of variety of things to do and learn. Travel is possible. Relatively small number of people do you can get to know some. Many people are open to discussion.
Cons
Some leadership won't talk to staff below them. If you aren't in with people you will find life at work bad. Some people hired are because of friends or family. They don't have the skills for the job. Hired people aren't very good and no one makes them any better. So many have a job here waiting for retirement so nothing will get done.
