Unfortunately it is limited to age 18-25 unless you're a veteran. You are only limited to 1 year of employment unless you promote which requires extra steps. The only thing I have a problem with this is that, you can only do so much in 1 year, and by the time you hit halfway, you are reminded of it which stays in the back of your mind, pushing you to figure out what you want to do which not everyone can do in 6 months. Majority of the time it takes more than 1 year for a person to find their calling or direction.
