Not allowed to talk supervisors are watching you on camera and are walking back and forth. Supervisor is doing nothing all day but sit around when there is a lot of customers waiting to speak with someone. They say were not allowed to have food but of course they have their favorites who are snacking all day. They have "warehouse managers" think they are someone important thinking they have a say on how to do our jobs. When you ask for a raise they tell you the $10 an hour they give us is enough when some people have families to feed. When you call in sick they sometimes tell you to take the whole week off just bc they didn't like you doing that. When they have too many negative yelp reviews they tell clients they will get a discount if they write a good review. Or at times management makes fake profiles and writes positive reviews so the company doesn't look bad. When the company makes a mistake on a clients order they try to make the client pay for the replacement so the rep has to somehow calm the customer down or convince them it was not the companies mistake. When management does not like you, your hours do get cut and they just keep an eye on you just to wait for you to mess up. They also will sit around talking about the people they dislike laughing at them like they are better then everyone. It's like high school. Supervisors will put anyone on the phone to lie to the customer making them believe they are speaking with management. which makes them lose customers and they don't want to take the responsibility of that happening.
