Pros
Good location, lots of opportunities for overtime, not a very intellectually difficult position, consistent hours, open door policy, room for growth, management is accommodating, the owners are generally nice people, relaxed environment during non-busy hours, good for friendly people who know how to speak to customers but don't necessarily have much formal work experience
Cons
No benefits whatsoever, working on Saturdays is mandatory, no paid time off for sick days or holidays, only 1 single stall bathroom, no break room, no formal HR, better provisions can be made for customers, the facility is too small for the number of employees, pay is low for a call center so some of the employees are not motivated or efficient
