Calista is in a new chapter of increased stability, steady growth and plenty of opportunities for hard working professionals. The new and stronger leadership team has stabilized the overall outlook. New policy and technology initiatives paired with the stronger leadership team will take this organization to the next level. Calista will continue to do great things in the future. Some of the pros I see working at the Calista Corporation: 1. History of strong financial stability and consistent shareholder dividends 2. An improved leadership team backed up with a long term President and strong Board of Directors 3. A rich culture backed by Yu'pik ways 4. Excellent compensation and employee benefits 5. Generous time off for work/life balance 6. Growth opportunities in Calista or subsidiary organizations

There aren't too many cons working at Calista these days. Be prepared to work hard and to be consistently challenged with the work you do. Being flexible is a must is essential.
