Some of the pros I see working at the Calista Corporation: 1. History of strong financial stability and consistent shareholder dividends 2. An improved leadership team backed up with a long term President and strong Board of Directors 3. A rich culture backed by Yu'pik ways 4. Excellent compensation and employee benefits 5. Generous time off for work/life balance 6. Growth opportunities in Calista or subsidiary organizations

There aren't too many cons working at Calista these days. Be prepared to work hard and to be consistently challenged with the work you do. Being flexible is a must is essential.
