Pros
Remote work. Happy customers, for the most part. Everyone seems to be working to make the company great. No shortage of technology tools made available to employees. Employees are encouraged to create solutions. Very transparent and candid communications from senior executives all the way down the line.
Cons
Compensation is 10 to 15% below market rates, but with the money saved from remote work and fairly good benefits, it can be worth it. There are some internal power dynamics across teams that can occasionally get in the way of smart decisions. The multiple technologies actually create some overlap and fragmented communications. Can be difficult to find what you are looking for. For a people leader, there is more administrative work than should be needed for a company of this size.
