Pros

1) Brilliant Leadership Team. Humble, Ethical and Transparent. The same qualities and ethics are passed down from the very top to the bottom. 2) Hiring Right candidates is #1 priority here. Like minded people build a very positive work environment. 3) About the Work Culture, the hype is for real. Employee happiness and satisfaction is seriously considered. 4) Networking and Telecommunications isn't the most interesting field to work at. But everyone is made to feel valued and are aligned with Company's vision and values. Most of us are self -motivated and genuinely feel like giving our best here. 5) Perks and Benefits on the higher side as per Industry Standards -- No Complaints. ESPP stock options available. 6) Company built on solid foundation that sticks to its values. 7) The new Business Model combined with five star Products is really promising. Growth is imminent from here for at least next 10-20 years. 8) Work from Home flexibility since Pre-Covid times. 9) FYI you still have to work your socks off. With so many positives mentioned, I want to make sure no incorrect expectations are set.

Cons

1) No Major Red Flags until now. Usual workplace issues and politics are definitely present. Not categorizing it as con from Company's side. 2) No opportunities for work related travel. Hope it is implemented as many other Companies provide 1 trip at least.
