I truly love the focus on our culture and the health and well-being of our employees. While we work hard, they know it's also important to have a healthy work-life balance and we're encouraged to prioritize our health, family and time away. Working remotely is also a great benefit and since they've been doing it since before the pandemic, they really know how to do it right. The people I work with are some of the most talented, committed people I know and our customers are also passionate about what they do which makes our work meaningful.
Cons
We don't get to meet each other in person very often and because we are innovating at such a fast pace, we're are always improving processes and products, meaning you have to adapt very very quickly sometimes.

Thanks for your feedback and kind words! We’re glad to hear that you have a healthy work/life balance and that you enjoy working with others who challenge themselves and the status quo to shape and expand the connected world. We are committed to bringing our teams together in person, though given our work from anywhere talent strategy, much of what we do happens virtually. We will continue to be mindful of the speed of innovation and ensure that there is transparency and selectivity in what and when we can deliver and why. We’re so happy to hear you’re having a great experience and we thank you for your contributions!

Pros
Decent salary. You'll also quickly gain valuable experience in how not to operate on your next job: a lesson that will serve you well in future roles.
Cons
Old-fashioned work culture where you're expected to execute without question. Excessive overtime work, release cycles are chaotic, and there's little appetite for improving systems or sustainability, it's all about following orders rather than thinking critically.
