The people. While ever-changing my co-workers throughout my yrs were the best. Constant training. Room for growth, but there's a glass ceiling in some areas. Easy hire

Cons

Poor raises. No value in long-term employees. Scheduling. After a few yrs and 2 promotions and got less than $1.50. High turnover rate.
