Free to do what you want, as long as there is an excuse. Wasted money and time on someone, just because they are nice to you.
Cons
Trying to run a business outside your capabilities or knowledge. Just because u have an engineering degree doesn’t mean you can run any construction business. Financial management. Poor balance of between planning and doing. Wasted production. Inadequate workforce. To many people have a say in your profession. Employee theft. Go nowhere job. Doesn’t listen to their employees...only hear the good things.
