Stuck in the past, can go further with a change in attitude - Engineer Calspan Employee Review

The mangers run a day to day operation. No long term plans. Employees are just thrown in to get the work done without proper communication. Expected to work 50+ hrs/week. Poor work-life balance No feedback from the mangers to the employees. No open honest communication. Everything is gossip-based information.
