      interesting work, opportunities for hands on experience

      Cons

      turn around rate is horrendous, employees leave regularly and no one is told why, upper management has little knowledge of what company does, upper management is not transparent, very little training, understaffed where it counts, micromanagement, not allowed to speak freely
