Pros
Seems to go through a cycle of change every 5+ years. Some opportunities for advancement during the Cycles. Work force has low turn over.
Cons
Oddly, there are few opportunities for training for the staff. JPL on the other hand spends $2500 on training per staff per year average. JPL and Caltech are basically the same entity.
