We are committed to creating an open dialogue and continuously improving our workplace culture. Your feedback helps us identify areas where we can do better. At the beginning of 2024, HR rolled out management / leadership training across the organization. Training will be ongoing. Also at the beginning of 2024, we implemented a compensation / market analysis project for all positions. This will also be ongoing as we strive to be a market leader.
