Pros

People are some of the best that I’ve worked with; people are helpful.

Cons

Management has a poor grasp on things and employees do not receive the proper support. Time commitment and travel is often greater than originally stated. Pay is not competitive to industry standard.

At Caltrol, we strive to foster a positive environment. Your concerns are important to us, and we take them seriously. We encourage you to reach out to our HR Department so we can discuss your specific concerns in more detail and work towards improvement. We are committed to creating an open dialogue and continuously improving our workplace culture. Your feedback helps us identify areas where we can do better. At the beginning of 2024, HR rolled out management / leadership training across the organization. Training will be ongoing. Also at the beginning of 2024, we implemented a compensation / market analysis project for all positions. This will also be ongoing as we strive to be a market leader. Pros

Standard benefits, hybrid work schedule, in-office company culture is friendly. Work-life balance is good and opportunities to learn during slow times are good. You need to take advantage of it, though.

Cons

Lack of work to do, so layoffs are inevitable at the moment.
