      NONE. You'll work 12-15 hour days and run around all day from city to city working side by side with an unorganized rep.

      Cons

      NO work/life balance. NO career path for growth. Company is very selfish and does not care about your wellbeing. They'll work you to the bone then still expect more.

      Executive leadership is top tier and super supportive all the way up to the CEO. Very impactful product that makes a true difference in stone care.

      Cons

      I have been happy so far. Anyone who questions work life balance in med device is in the wrong field it’s a give and take with your time.
