Business Outlook
Pros
The home/work life balance at Cambium is not only supportive, but encouraged. It is unlike any place I have worked in the past. The management team is very encouraging and supportive, and it really feels like everyone is working together as a TEAM. The company has values, and so far has stood by those values which is such a difficult thing to find these days.
Cons
The only con I have at this point is consistency of the workload throughout the day. Some days are very slow, almost to a crawl in the mornings, and then we can be drowning in work during the last two hours.
