      Mission driven company "All for Literacy" Well organized hiring process with next steps outlined so always know what to expect Jamie Stoneberger is amazing Talent Acquisition Partner throughout the hiring process and beyond Several weeks of onboarding to support a new hire

      Only con is really the speed at which the company is growing. Not really a negative, but it does impact the organization.

      Pros

      It's a great company, and a great environment. Very inclusive and focused on diversity

      Cons

      They are actively moving to AI, and have been facing lower sales due to budget cuts across education. Both of these have contributed to them doing 3 layoffs in the 20 months I worked there.
