      Plenty of parties and social events. Drinking culture is encouraged. Favoritism and ass-kissing go a long way in a very tight, family-run environment.

      Cons

      Cambria has a strong product, but management is absent and out of touch. Leadership struggles to make decisions, and numbers are frequently manipulated to fit narratives rather than reflect reality. Greater transparency and accountability are needed.

      Pretty and new office space

      Cons

      Kind of like a cult. Everyone there has the notion that they are better than others. Your internship consists of pretending to look busy for 8 hours.
