I wish I could say lot more positive things about Cambria as an organization. I have been a long standing employee myself. I believe in the brand and product. As a product and brand it is one of the biggest success stories in business. However, as a company that stands to be able to now compete in the big leagues, they are slowly throwing it away….
The last few years, the leadership team at Cambria has completely taken a good brand and product and has selfishly begun to run it into the ground. I have watched tenured employees who have given their life to the company fall to exhaustion, quit, be forced out and be fired.
Cambria's leadership team is single handedly one of the worst group of managers and leadership members I have witnessed. Making a large salary, leasing by fear and holding enlarged egos, a few specific leadership individuals welcome the opportunity to sit back, stereotype, laugh and cut down employees every chance they get. When you have this as the right hand group and decision makers to the CEO, things are bound to go down hill.
Work life balance is off, vacation is less than none and you are lucky if you even get approved to take all of the few days you have. Reviews do not exist, raises come every 3 - 4 years if you fight for it. After 10 years you get 3 weeks of vacation but I think there are only a handful of people in the organization that have made it that far.
