Pros
Cambria has a great product.
Cons
Cambria is an awful place to work. I would never recommend anyone to work there, especially if you would like a life outside of work. During the first week you go through an intensive orientation that informs you about the company and background but once you get to your day to day job you are given zero training and expected to know everything. If you don’t know what you are doing (because you were never trained) you are punished and again, talked badly about behind your back. Horrible work-life balance, only 10 days of PTO, below average benefits and you are expected to be in your chair from 8-5 with no exceptions. If you arrive a minute late or plan to leave a minute before 5:00 you will be judged and talked badly about behind your back. All problems stem from upper management being friends and giving certain people special treatment. You will only do well in the company and move up if you know the Davis family. Very political/dramatic environment with no professionalism. The employees, including management, act like they are in high school and are very catty/dramatic. There is no trust in employees and absolutely zero communication. The culture is extremely toxic. The company has a lot of potential but does not look like any positive changes will be made anytime soon.
