No matter how hard you work or how many countless nights you spend at the office past 7pm, you're rarely thanked and others are given credit for your projects. The way people talk to each other and treat each other at this company is absolutely repulsive. I've witnessed at least 6 other people, as well as myself, leave Cambria because they work you to the bone and give you nothing worth your time in return. Management does not care for your wellbeing whatsoever. Find a company that is symbiotic. You take care of them and they take care of you. Cambria is not it. Your mental and physical health will thank you.
