Warehouse - Warehouse Associate Cambria Employee Review

Worked in a department was referred to as "meat heads" (not my warehouse position) by upper management. Could not leave that department. They couldn't back fill due to terrible working conditions. Minimal pay raises over a few years in that area. No yearly reviews. People smoke in the plant, violations constantly of what we had to do to complete work. They promote on knowing one another, not on experience or skill, a family member of an upper management employee has moved up quicker than anyone else on one of the lines. No opportunity for growth, you aren't a person, believe all the negative reviews.
