Pros

Fun corporate sponsored events and in office parties

Cons

Long hiring process once an offer is made. Upon starting the atmosphere is stressful and no work/home balance. Expectations are not clear nor are benchmarks. Most people are not qualified for the positions they hold but rather are hired based upon knowing the owner. This leads to work that is poor, especially true of management. Working long hours and staffing corporate held events (Camp Cambria Classic Golf Tournament, Camp Cambria, State Fair Booth, Galleries, Concerts and Christmas at the Plant) are all expected during off hours. No Human Resources to address issues so management is able to bully employees consistently. During Covid-19 no ability to work from home as CDC recommended until the state physically shut down. Then employees were given an immediate 40% pay reduction and later furloughed (after PR tactics were used to tell the media they were not furloughing but rather taking care of employees) or laid off with no severance pay.

Great company culture and training program. Really gets you immersed in the company and the brand.

Overall, a great company and can't think of any cons.

Pros

Pretty and new office space

Cons

Kind of like a cult. Everyone there has the notion that they are better than others. Your internship consists of pretending to look busy for 8 hours.
