Pros

The building is nice to work at and the insurance is nice. Coworks were good to work with and caring. Creative boss was fun to work with and came up with good ideas.

Cons

Need to know someone or be an intern to get a job. No raises or bonuses. No opportunities for promotions. Not willing to let people work from home even though they have the technology to. During Covid-19 there was no ability to work from home as CDC recommended until the state physically shut down. Before that, we were told not to talk about the fact that we could not work from home. It will either be super dead with no work or will be flooded with work and expect you to stay late to finish it. Sometimes will be "voluntold" to work at Christmas at the Plant or other events. Events will not give you extra pay and you'll be expected to work at them.

Pros

Great company culture and training program. Really gets you immersed in the company and the brand.

Cons

Overall, a great company and can't think of any cons.

Pros

Pretty and new office space

Cons

Kind of like a cult. Everyone there has the notion that they are better than others. Your internship consists of pretending to look busy for 8 hours.
