Pros
Great support from district manager and colleagues . Great training in Minnesota and additional help from other Distribution Centers across the country for help and support . You’re set up with the tools you need to do the job.
Cons
No incentives , no bonus pay , too large of a territory for the salary paid .Corporate gives Sales and Marketing more attention than operations teams. Most of the issues stem from the lack of appreciation from corporate office for the operations team. No raises from longest tenured people is unacceptable .
