Pros
Both my supervisors are very approachable and great to be around, they balance each other well. I feel the pay and benefits are pretty decent / competitive. My team made it a priority to schedule outtings together and do team bonding.
Cons
certain leadership has not wanted to adjust to the modern ways, due to not allowing remote or hybrid work we have had a lot of turn over. That turnover creates gaps in work flows and forces other employees to pick up whats being missed - even if its not remotely their job. The office and non office politics here are reaching an unbearable level. While I have felt comfortable going to my superiors to report and discuss issues, that is not the case for most of the company from what I have heard and witnessed. Criticism against the company values or a superior is looked down upon and sometimes punished. Lastly, is seems that every department wants things done very quickly but doesn't have processes in place to support employees to actually execute things in a timely manner.
