Very closed minded company with head down work atmosphere - Customer Service Cambria Employee Review

Very poor morale. You are not a person here. You are a robot. Management strives to intimidate, not help you. You are expected to have no opinion and keep your head down No hr department. Only a robot lady is there to discuss benefits. If you have any issues regarding training, injury or morale you are directed to your immediate supervisor and then yelled at. Training is poor. You are expected to do well after 2 days ( not exaggerated) if after a week you are not perfect, you are written up.
