Pay isn't bad, good coworkers, well known product.
Cons
Toxic company culture with unrealistic expectations and poor management. Expected to be available on holidays and weekends, constant new initiatives that amount to nothing but busy work, and management that takes pride in keeping their staff over worked and over stressed. Company cars are a decade old and unsafe.
