Pros
Decent pay for the first year.
Cons
No raises not even for cost of living, it’s “teamwork” based bonuses so even if you’re selling at 150% it doesn’t matter if others aren’t. You won’t make goal and therefor won’t get a bonus. Micromanaged to the extreme, 30+ sales calls every week. I started and it was 12 in person. Quality over quantity. Now it’s just running around trying to get as much done as possible with no incentive. If you get let go be aware that they’ll tell you at Starbucks at morning rush hour and take your work car so then you’re left paying for your own Uber home. In 5 years I had changeover in managers 7 times, started with 1600 accounts, was my own samples manager as well and had to drive in a car that was 10 years old that was a POS. not to mention car tracking, videoing you in the car, computer tracking and telling you’re not doing enough even though you work 9+ hour days to get everything done. They expect you to have 90+ days on your calendar of appointments but when they spring random video meetings on you they want you to cancel everything you’re doing for them. Prior to my last day I was told that if anyone asks me about text messages between the owner and Donald Trump I was supposed to direct them to our customer care line.
