Great Department, Precarious Company - Data Analyst Cambria Employee Review

leadership has ceased all communication with the rest of the company about the state of the enterprise, spending has slowed to almost nothing, and almost everyone I work with has been waiting for upwards of 8 months for a raise. We have no clue how the company is doing and people have been getting laid off left, right, and center for a few months; many more have quit. We used to have town halls, but we haven't received any mass communication from the c suit in close to a year.
