Pros
Incredible product, good Marketing, decent salary
Cons
They lure you in with a decent base salary and tell you about the bonus to goal, but they put the goal so out of reach, - you will not get bonus. Throw a rock and you'll hit 5 MAWM (middle aged white men) in management positions. Ridiculous KPI expectations that run you ragged...and they must be in person. If you have an amazing zoom meeting or phone call with a client, because they are in another state - nope, sorry - that doesn't count, they must be face-to-face. The anxiety will loom over you...and your car, which they boast during the interview process is a "benefit" is a piece of junk spy capsule with GPS that they monitor and track against your calendar when they feel like it, most of the fleet is 200+K miles, even when a mechanic highly encourages new tires because of wear - denied...now, go get those meetings in the snow. Those that have never done the job tell you the KPI isn't that bad...but when you get all the other internal meetings thrown in, and get your salesforce up-to-date and do this, and do that, and have you done this yet... The micromanagement is real and getting worse. It's not enough to log your calls into salesforce, now they want to mandate exactly when you do it. If you are used to being treated like an adult and are given the trust and autonomy to get the job done to the best of your ability - you will hate this place.
