Pros
There aren't many Pros for this company. You just try and survive working there. Coworkers help because most of the people are cool. Some flexibility of your work schedule.
Cons
If you work at Cambria say goodbye to a few things. 1) Family. You will not see them much because you have to work a lot. And when you aren't working they will ask you to work on your days off. 2) Friends. Once you start working at Cambria you have no time for fun frivolous stuff anymore, you are a dedicated robot to the Cambria machine and you have to be ready at a moments notice to work. "Sorry friends I have to work so I can't do anything fun. Ever." 3) Any kind of a life. You won't have time on your days off to go anywhere or do anything because you will be exhausted from work. On your days off all you will want to do is sleep because you haven't slept for probably 3 days. Some other problems with Cambria would include upper management who govern their people with fear and make you so afraid that you messed up that everyone will turn on each other if something goes wrong. The highest turn over rate I have ever seen in a company. People will work a couple of days then never comeback. Benefits are a joke, they don't want to even give health insurance but they have to, but that doesn't mean it has to be good insurance. They cancel your health insurance your last day working for them so they don't have to insure you anymore.
