Pros
Structured environment. Everyone knows their place and their responsibilities. I think Marty, the CEO does a great job and brings a lot of excitement when he comes around. For the area, it is a big time company that offers a decent wage. A rotating shift schedule is tough to adjust to and working holidays are hard, but working 7 days out of 14 (rather than 10) is pretty nice.
Cons
Though the CEO of the plant talks about his mission to provide careers for his employees the management at the production facility seldom promote employees. Instead, choosing to fill management and supervisory positions from outside the company. This creates a lot of tension when employees are training someone who is going to make a lot more money and have much better benefits.
