Decent product, terrible management - Market Representative Cambria Employee Review

Terrible management. Good ol boy system. Not a true sales job. Not paid on individual production, paid on team! Can't keep a full team across entire country. Revolving door! Not loyal to employees. Lost over 8 team members within 2 years! Cheap to employees but most expensive product in the industry. Have favorite partners and dump on everyone else. Expect you to eat, sleep and breathe Cambria! Get ready to not have a life outside of work!
