      Salaries Work life balance (remote work is not much of an option) Raises. Have to ask and justify What you deserve an increase. They don’t give yearly but when one is given it is typically above the average

      Pretty and new office space

      Cons

      Kind of like a cult. Everyone there has the notion that they are better than others. Your internship consists of pretending to look busy for 8 hours.
