Psychiatry - Registered Nurse Case Manager Cambridge Health Alliance Employee Review

Leadership is the worst CHA has seen in all my time there. They are abusive, aggressive and hostile. They are targeting staff and leading by fear and attempting to splitting staff through out the department instead of supporting and empowering their staff. This is putting patient safety and outcomes at risk. Staff has been here many years and have wonderful ideas to better the environment however management leads with a top down, "my way or the highway" approach. While the department has been progressive over the years in working towards individualized care, new leadership has come in and implemented a one size fits all system which stereotypes psychiatric patients.
