Pros

The bonus structure was decent.

Cons

1. Lack of professional growth. Manager had no intention to help you grow professionally or promote employees. Stayed in the same position for over 3 years. 2. Lack of work diversity. 3. Bully culture in company. 4. Work life balance is horrible. Had to tell team if you need to get up to use the restroom. 5. A lot of people do not do their job (not taking phone calls). Manager was aware of this issue and did nothing. If you were fast/ efficient at your job, you got to do work for other people.

Pros

Overall friendly and cooperative environment. Small bonuses are paid in quarterly installments throughout the year and a bigger one comes in December, but only after four years of employment. Benefits are average.

Cons

If you enjoy generating meaningless results, by applying inadequate methodology and using obsolete equipment in a chaotic atmosphere, CIL is the place for you! The workload is often times overwhelming and the priorities keep shifting without enough notice and if/when it happens to decrease to a reasonable level, expect an imminent layoff! The culture could be described as "tired", "unmotivated" and very resistant to change.
