Some of the residents and you’re not micro managed

Cons

Worst management company ever! They lack support of their managers, they are rude, they don’t care about the living conditions of there Section 8 properties! They won’t give you the resources to do your job effectively they only fix enough things on your property to pass an inspection! They make constant promises that they can’t keep! They won’t fix anything until the residents threatens to call North Tampa Housing! I wish I can rate this company a Zero!

It can be pretty chill. Depending on your regional. Most properties are tax credit, which is like.

Cons

Micro managing Directors. Ordering system could use some work. Need more staff per office. Maintenance staff is stretched Uber thin. Upper management and ownership dont care, even a little bit, about the people that run their businesses.
