Pay was some what competitive.

Cons

Horribly run by upper management from Florida. When it was supervised by management from the west coast it was an awesome company. The east coast/Florida people have no business running a hot dog stand much less a multimillion dollar asset.

It can be pretty chill. Depending on your regional. Most properties are tax credit, which is like.

Cons

Micro managing Directors. Ordering system could use some work. Need more staff per office. Maintenance staff is stretched Uber thin. Upper management and ownership dont care, even a little bit, about the people that run their businesses.
