Cons

Management is the worst.They don’t care about anyone but themselves, micromanaging everything and changing rules without telling you .

It can be pretty chill. Depending on your regional. Most properties are tax credit, which is like.

Cons

Micro managing Directors. Ordering system could use some work. Need more staff per office. Maintenance staff is stretched Uber thin. Upper management and ownership dont care, even a little bit, about the people that run their businesses.
