Pros
Great people, big company but with a family feel to it, terrific perks like employee vacation suites at a great rate, a scholarship fund for employee's children going to college and employee appreciate events. Also has a mentoring program to help new employees get acclimated to their position. Bonus opportunities are good.
Cons
Management needs to check in more often with the leasing staff and maintenance to see what is going on at the property. The leasing staff is on the front line of contact with prospects and residents and they are the best people to talk to regarding what prospects and residents think, feel and want. It's a waste of a valuable resource to not always tap into the knowledge these people have.
