FAVORITISM. Lack of growth. The Orlando market is like a high school, you have cliques and people gossip constantly. Camden boasts a great work culture and there are SERIOUS flaws with some of the team members in Orlando. There is no point in contacting HR because concerns are often swept under the rug and no real action is taken. In the years I've worked here I have been sexually harassed, bullied, and retaliated against. It makes for an unpleasant work environment and I know of many others who have had a similar experience. Unfortunately, with my current financial situation I am stuck making it work or I would have left a long time ago.
