      Pros

      I’m only writing this review so I can see what people think new culture is

      Cons

      Lower positions are promoted if they kiss DMs. Yes t starts at the top, because those DMs know they will only move higher if they’re a kiss. There was a community when I started but by 2006 the regional was gone and her replacement wasn’t a Fair person. They finally realized and let that one go, but they’re not in touch with their staff over all or their residents. Therefore fake culture is lost.

      Pros

      Great bonus, great mentorship, nice perks, C-Suite share the wealth when company performs well. Great culture for the operations side. I recommend this company.

      Cons

      Not great work life balance, promotion opportunities were not great, no boundaries during after hours.

      Pros

      Great benefits and perks, fun team building events and sag. Great reputation.

      Cons

      HORRIBLE schedule in CA. I only got the weekend off if I took PTO, because you can’t work more than 5 days in a row in CA. I also felt like I was overlooked for management roles, because I was good at selling apartments and being the 1st person people saw / spoke to when they called or came into the office.
