Micromanaging is their game plan. If you like filling out your everyday tasks onto spreadsheets so you can “prove” your workday, this place is just for you. Compensation is horrible for new employees and tenured. Employees don’t get raises for years, even decades. ZERO growth opportunities. If you don’t drink the Koolaid, you won’t get anywhere. Family members can work for each other and it creates uncomfortable work environments.
