Pros

The company is well liked by their dealer customers, Salespeople have a lot of discretion to fix problems on the fly and that keeps customers happy. Upper management is very accessible and willing to listen/ give a pat on the back when appropriate, etc.

Cons

Salary is very low in comparison to other similar roles. Top level management is fully engaged in seeing the business be successful and in growing. The middle management level seems a little heavy... its hard to get a handle on their overlapping jobs/ titles. Lower level (branch) managers are severely overworked and (maybe) undercompensated. Their new online dealer marketplace is making the outside sales team nervous for fear of it causing them to be less necessary. This is especially true since building materials are so scarce currently- most manufacturers are on allocation. That means we barely have enough product available to satisfy existing customers and therefore, it is now not productive to prospect and engage new customers since we could not service them. Strange times, for sure.

Pros

Clean, new warehouse. Extremely organized distribution center as well.

Cons

Unprofessional on many levels. At times felt like a multilevel marketing scheme.
