Pros
Good 401 K package, many blue collar, hard working men and women, investment opportunities, and good healthcare package.
Cons
Same individuals are overworked daily, including weekends and holidays. These excessive hours go against all that is taught related to safety measures the company pretends to take. I have seen many men literally falling asleep at their stations due to total exhaustion. Management is very disconnected with the actual men working on assembly which causes alot of wasted work time and many redo projects that could be avoided. Many shortcuts taken and pinned on the actual workers instead of management or supervisory positions. These shortcuts cause many to be overworked with no extra pay except for what is already received. Serious disconnects between those who work and those who don't. This may be because those who screw up move up and those who work hard are never given advancements. Hours are long with little to no breaks at all. Unless Cameron is the only company and your need to stay close to home is exceptional, this is not a great place to work. Moral is so low and turnover is very high. All this could be easily fixed, but overlooked instead.
