Pros
Cameron offers their employees above average salary and benefits. The work environment is relaxed and low stress and everyone seems to have fun working together. Management is approachable and friendly and understands that people have lives outside of work and doesn't make you feel guilty for taking time off. There are many employees currently working for Cameron that have been there for 20+ years which says a lot about the work environment and the fact that they've wanted to stay for that long.
Cons
Cameron's appears to be getting away from their philosophy of training and promoting from within. This seems to be putting people with less knowledge of the business and industry in positions to make important decisions and their decisions aren't always based on good information. The 6Sigma culture sounds good in theory but hasn't truly been put into practice and there is little accountability for poor decision making.
