Bad treatment of employees. Multiple pay freezes. Promises of promotions that never materialise. Major favouritism in the office. Boss also favours people who are put in long hours in the office but not actually working over those that are productive and leave work after reasonable hours. Major re-org in the department every year; very disruptive for career development. SLB "Senior Engineers" with godfather backings get parachuted in to decision making positions in Cameron projects but mess everything up, causing many good colleagues to leave the company in order to save their careers.
