Pros

Dogs are, of course, a huge perk. Pay is good on the surface. Locations are franchised. So where you work will very well determine how your experience will go.

Cons

Get caught between "I want to make my staff happy, so that they in turn are happy at work, and do a fantastic job" and the owners who are "We don't care about staff morale, and only want more profit" and push you to work miracles on a beyond skeleton staff. Demands on time. You are expected to respond to everything, no matter the time of day, and act immediately.

Pros

Zero micromanaging, was trusted to manage grooming room solo, unlimited time off, owners were kind and respectful

Cons

No benefits other than free daycare (which I didn’t use)

Pros

The dogs, their parents, and MOST of the employees.

Cons

Owners only care about money. Prices will go up immediately, and without warning for parents. Hours are cut without enough warning. They expect more without paying for it, or staffing correctly. They butt in to everything, and do things incorrectly without informing the correct people. They are rude and fake. All parents that have met them are horrified that they own this business. Dogs actually dislike them, and this has been witnessed many times by several employees. Not to mention they hire and keep a convicted child molester while there is a minor on staff. They also save parent's credit card info without asking, and will charge it without informing parents. This is not legal in this state. Just awful. 100% do not recommend.
